As you have probably heard from the media, an accident occurred in the port of Baltimore in the early hours of March 26, 2024. A container ship rammed into the Francis Scott Key Bridge, which immediately collapsed and is now blocking the entrance to the port.
As a result, we are forced to re-route our service to Baltimore via New York for the time being.
The booking or delivery processes will not change for you, but unfortunately we will have to increase the sea freight rates for future Baltimore bookings at short notice and introduce an additional IT fee for transit handling. Additional charges apply for shipments with dangerous goods or oversized items.
