Inside Sales

Responding to inquiries for FCL
Purchasing: pre-carriage, packing, sea freight, post-carriage
Preparing quotations
Customer service

Worldwide clearance

Accepting bookings
Commissioning and coordinating trucking/packing
Placing and confirming bookings with shipping companies
B/L creation
Documentation
Billing

What you bring with you

Commercial training in shipping or freight forwarding or comparable training
Professional experience in FCL
Additional qualification as a dangerous goods safety advisor desirable
High level of service orientation
Organizational skills and hands-on mentality
Strong communication skills
Confident written and spoken German and English
